Fields BMW Winter Park is AMAZING!

While visiting from Maryland then entire team made sure that my family was taken care of and back on the road to Maryland the same day. This was truly diamond level customer service, and I am very appreciative of my vehicle repair/maintenance and the personal attention given to us. The dealership provided us with a loaner to enjoy get our kids to their last event while our car was in service and when we returned, they already had our car ready for our 11 hour drive. The team was simply AMAZING! The dealership was a beautiful facility and even offered me breakfast while I waited. Thank you all so much!

The service writer had everything taken care of, kept me aware of things being done, and my keys and paperwork were brought to me. Then, they delivered my clean car to me. Mike Abney did a great job of coordinating my service.
