Fields BMW Winter Park

Recently my older vehicle needed to be replaced and I was advised that if I needed to find the right sales person, that I needed to sit down with Mr. Eli Luber. Let me say that he was as courteous, extremely well informed and never once did he put an ounce of pressure, to get a sale. Even though, I was searching for a different color combination, Mr. Luber simply indicated that the one vehicle he had in his dealership was indeed the better choice. I reside 150 plus miles to the south of this dealership, and yet I chose to go back and conduct my business with Eli. Today, I am very pleased with my selection and most of all extremely satisfied with how everything worked out. I had to pickup the car at the end of the month and Eli and the whole team at BMW Winter Park preparing the vehicle for delivery and also including Miss Brittani Victorelli with the incredible amount of paper work she had to prepare in advance. All together a very good experience. I would gladly recommend Mr. Luber for his easy going manner, his knowledge and his drive to get the job done. Thank you Mr. Luber you have made buying a car an enjoyable experience and thank you Miss Victorelli, you both are extremely dedicated and professional.

Chris is my Service Advisor at Fields BMW of Winter Park and he, with the mechanics, always takes great care of me and my 328i. The labor cost is on the high side but the service is too! They are usually spot on with any issues and provide video diagnoses of everything. Chris attends to my transportation needs and is always available to answer my questions. I appreciate the special care!

Great Service in a timely manner. The facility was also amazing, clean and spacious. The attendants were ready to attend to your needs asap. Everything was informative.

I had a problem with my truck not opening properly. It worked fine for a few days had to take it back a second time. I was told they cleaned some parts for the truck and it was working fine. It seem to be an intermittent problem. So far it is good.
