Rusnak went above and beyond to make sure I was in the right car. There was a mixup and I was delivered a car without a feature I requested, but they went to great lengths to rectify and do so with the best customer service. How people respond when something goes wrong is the true test.

I had a great experience at Rusnak. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and really worked hard to meet my needs.

The car process was smooth and generally pleasant outside of taking a very long time to process the paperwork into the very end. The length of time could have been helped by other salespeople helping ours, but they were watching TV in the customer waiting area instead. The bigger issue was after signing the agreements they did the thing that every dealership does and surprised us with guilt trips and psychological "now or never" nonsense to agree to pay for additional services that weren't mentioned up to that point. We were very clear about our budget from the start and yet these additional costs didn't come up until the last minute. The person at the end blamed the person earlier in the process which was a strange take because clearly it was the dealership process to do this. It was very shady, frustrating, and yet so typical of car dealership antics. Further, they did a very poor job explaining the deal we were signing, unable to even answer direct questions about the terms. I suppose I would recommend them because they were generally helpful in sorting out which car to go with, but caveat emptor if you're looking to deal with them.
