Everything was good up until I went to pick up the vehicle. I noticed minor scratches, some glue residue, and the battery wasn’t charged. When I brought up my concerns, the sales manager, Doug, was initially defensive and attributed the condition to the vehicle coming from a different dealer and the holiday. That response made me question whether the PDI and final inspection had been completed thoroughly. I also felt that the sales representative, Ibeth, rushed the delivery process rather than prioritizing the quality of the handoff. They did redo the detail the next day, and the vehicle looked good afterward, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience leading up to that was frustrating and disappointing.

They were kind and helpful throughout, and I was able to get a great deal for the car I wanted the most.

Rusnak went above and beyond to make sure I was in the right car. There was a mixup and I was delivered a car without a feature I requested, but they went to great lengths to rectify and do so with the best customer service. How people respond when something goes wrong is the true test.

The employees were professional , helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating ,and friendly. The salesperson, Adimika, was patient and addressed our concerns.
