I have been looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee for our daughter for weeks. 3 days ago, I saw a 1999 GC Laredo with extremely low mileage at Greenway Ford that peaked my interest. Using the chat function, within moments, Jo Boudreaux contacted me as well as an email from Allison to make sure someone had contacted me. From the moment I started communicating with Jo 3 days ago to when I purchased the Jeep today, he has been very professional and courteous ensuring our experience was a pleasant one. Jo took the time to send me many pics per my request and kept me posted if the Jeep was available daily until I arrived today. When arriving, Jo ensured we had water and kept us posted during the purchasing process. The finance department was also extremely pleasant making sure I got a hot dog and drink, opening doors for me and just making sure I had everything I needed. As most people are, I dreaded the thought of going through purchasing a car. My interactions with Greenway Ford, especially with Jo Boudreaux, was a pleasant and rewarding experience. The Jeep turned out to be nicer than I could imagine. Jo did not lie. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

We were searching for a Mustang and we had already wasted time at other dealerships. We tried Greenway Ford and as the saying goes "save the best for last". Miguel Ortiz-Aponte was our salesman and he was awesome. We were there for a couple hours and at first we didn't agree with the pricing that was given to us. We left and on our way home, just 3 minutes before the dealer closed, Miguel called me and told us that they had another offer! It was great! He really helped us out! The staff were very friendly! The Mustang was for my boyfriend and as I told the staff at Greenway I went to Orlando Infiniti for my car and the service was nowhere near as great as what we received at Greenway Ford!! I definitely recommended several friends to stop by and ask for Miguel Ortiz-Aponte. Thank you Miguel and the rest of the staff!!.
