Nice experience, Service Advisor Chris Austin was very helpful and courtesy; I would recommend working with him all the time.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment but it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. The long wait has happened several times before. I will make other arrangements for future oil changes. The day after the oil change, there was an oil spot on the concrete where the truck was parked. Evidently care was not taken to properly wipe the oil off after draining.

Good experience when buying this vehicle. No pressure. Friendly and courteous staff. Helpful and informative.

!!STAY AWAY!! This is the kind of dealership that shows one price online and another when you step inside the dealership. Not only did the online price not including their $1400 dealer fee but also left out a +$2000 addendum, on a used car….

Salesman was great to work with. He went out of his way to find us a F250 from a different dealer and had brought to Greenway. But after seeing the the monthly payment for 6 years, we decided to cancel the purchase.

As a woman, car dealerships can be frustrating, because they always assume my husband is buying the car, but he was different. He answered all my questions, no matter how silly they seemed. And he answered my husband's too. And if he didnt know an answer, he knew how to find it. He is professional, welcoming, and informative.
