Esta compañía no se merece ni una estrella , Google

Esta compañía no se merece ni una estrella , Google deberia tener la opcion 0. Comunidad mucho cuidado antes de comprar su vehículo en este lugar..los vendedores con sus malas mañas embaucan a sus clientes con mentiras solo por una comision.los manager no dan cara y si la dan son para burlarse de una ..el financista corre a que una firme documentos rápidamente sin explicar ....ciudadanos si quieren comprar un carro de alta gama no se dirijan ahí ,saldran desepcionados.,estafados con dolores de cabeza ..ellos tienen departamento de servicio pero no para estos carros..los remiten a talleres con el cual se confabulan para engañar al cliente...este tipo de compañías no deberían de existir, Greenway ford SON UN FRAUDE

#SCAM DEALERSHIP# MUST READ!

#SCAM DEALERSHIP# MUST READ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! After a month past buying a truck from George that had a Blue Certified Warranty, a Luxcare Package and Nitrofill Package I still do not have the warranty info from them after trying constantly to get the info. I was told every step of the way from George that I would receive the info but it never happened until today where they are now saying it was never included. This is a shady sales tactic where they tell you things at time of sale to make the sale and then try to wait out the customer in hopes they will let it go. Michael lied to me and said the warranties are tied to my VIN # and my phone #. I didnt trust what I was told so I called the companies and they all said that was either not true or the packages were never actioned. The lady from Nitrofill knew Greenway Ford BY NAME and said "they do this all the time." The truck also has an alignment issue and shimy that I was promised would be fixed at time of sale and was wrritten on the paperwork but still has not been taken care of and they put ZERO effort into getting it done. I buy a truck about every 3 years and have never had such a terrible experience and I hope this message will keep this from happening to as many other people as possible. I will absolutely never buy a truck from them again and will begin filling a BBB claim next.

Very unhappy

Charged me over $ 2000.oo replaced 1/ $500.oo part charged me 10 hrs diagnostic charges for all plug + play parts on my 2001 ford f250 superduty. Costs 1500.oo for diagnostics to order 4 separate modules/ veh sat at your shop for over 6 months/ my powered by ford mechanic said did not even need module u replaced and factually had my truck running in 2 days mind u that's ordering the correctly diagnosed part, this was over a year ago. Truck still running perfectly fine after my mechanic fixed/ could not be more discussed w/ your repair diesel mechanic/ only thing ur institution good 4 is ordering factory ford parts, which u were unable to get ; mind u, after 6 months had to pay out of my pocket for wrecker to haul to my original mechanic this has all been conveyed to my USAA insurance company. Sincerely Shawn steffenhagen # 407466 7345. U we me $ 1500.oo + 2 batteries were inept staff left my key on to manually push my veh from one place to other,at an additional $400.00 4 battery replacement + another 200.oo for tow to my original shop to make necessary repairs/ which only entailed replacing 1 of the 4 modules u wrote up on invoice. Service dept totally dysfunctional, and don't even want to mention ur diagnostics fiasco w/ your Diesel mechanic !! Please safe sorry u had this experience/ already got that response/ only thing he forgot was mentioning reimbursement for all the work u did not even perform! Disgraceful! U have my # look up the ticket

Don’t buy a CAR from Greenway Ford

Terrible dealership since there used cars come from the auction you may as well go there and buy a used car scam artist don’t back there products up if something goes wrong

Dismissive Service Center

I purchased a vehicle over a year ago. The initial sales experience was absolutely horrible. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and I purchased the vehicle. Fast forward a year plus later. My check engine light comes on todat and I called to schedule a service appointment. I understand that they have no availability for the next 4 days BUT what I don't understand why it's impossible for a Service Representative or Service Manager to return my call to let me know where else my warranty would allow me to go for repairs. All I needed, wanted and requested at 2:18pm was a return call. I can't take the risk of driving my car in its current condition and I can't sit around at home until there is an available appointment. I've left at least 4 messages JUST FOR THEM TO LET ME KNOW WHERE ELSE I CAN TAKE MY VEHICLE. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. This is sad and very poor customer service.

Ridiculous practices

Many cars from this dealership have 20 photos of a car on cars com yet more of the photos are ads than helpful photos of the cars for sale ,, Question why would I buy a car from a business that actually thinks this practice is in any way ok

Empathy goes a long way

I was there about 4 hours total, they gave me a fair trade value for my ca. I was upside-down in the loan, but they found a way to make the deal happen. The staff I dealt with was kind and empathetic to my situation. I appreciate real people.
