Took my Ford in for service and it has been a month and the car is not repaired yet. Every time I call, I get the run around and no clear communication of what is going on. The service dept associate is not helpful at all, this guy shows that he could care less about anything. Avoid bringing your vehicle here.

Today, I visited the Sun State Collision Center with a
Today, I visited the Sun State Collision Center with a detached back-up sensor. With no appointment, I expected a complex evaluation and a need to return for the actual repair at a later date. Surprise! A very courteous manager introduced me to a very courteous tech who took my keys for an on the spot repair! All done in about an hour. This is simply the best customer service I have experienced in years! Well Done and thanks!

Today, I visited the Sun State Collision Center with a detached back-up sensor. With no appointment, I expected a complex evaluation and a need to return for the actual repair at a later date. Surprise! A very courteous manager introduced me to a very courteous tech who took my keys for an on the spot repair! All done in about an hour. Paid $600 to fix my right mirror and the work was
Paid $600 to fix my right mirror and the work was incomplete. Said they would finish fixing it after the parts came in. Evidently the parts will never come in. Maurice would not return my call to explain anything. I call and “they will call you back”. Never happened. Save yourself the headache. Go to Clermont. These people suck. I even complained to the Manager of the Service Department. Never would call me back. Pathetic rip off artists. My truck is now being fixed by Ford of Clermont

Horrible experience. James the service attendant had very poor customer service skills. He gave very little communication and follow up about my vehicle if I didn't ask. Sometimes not responding to my texts about my vehicle at all.....Not the mention being unprofessional by hitting on me. My vehicle don't even sound the same when I drive it and the prices are a ridiculous. I had to take my vehicle another mechanic the same day I left the dealer to fix another issue that came up while they were fixing the first issue. When ask how much it was cost to fix the 2nd issue I never got an answer so I took my business somewhere else.

We have been taking our cars for service and repairs tto Sunstate Ford since 2005. Service center personnel are always courteous and knowledgeable. We always try to go to Stacy, she is the best. Always great and attentive service. We are 12 miles from Sunstate Ford and 12 miles from Claremont Ford. We choose Sunstate because of Stacy.
