Incredibly happy with my service. I was able to drop my car off before work and pick up during lunch. It went smooth and my problem taken care of with my car delivered as promised. Appreciated each member of the staff that encountered and the ones behind the scene.

I have no other words for them but to thank them for an incredible service. I live closer to another Volvo but always prefer the service at Culver City.
