I would prefer an ZERO STAR.
I would prefer an ZERO STAR. Unprofessional, taking my collision concerns as a mockery and not showing any urgency to try and make sure my repair gets fixed. He allowed their collision employee stains and puncture holes that were NEVER on my interior lining to still be there when they handed my car over. Not to mention this process has been over 3 weeks of trying to get something done. I’m very unsatisfied with his lack of professionalism. This Toyota place is lacking with this manager.

Honesty, I cannot say enough good things amount Mike!
Honesty, I cannot say enough good things amount Mike! He was extremely helpful in getting me approved and into the car I wanted. Any questions, he was quick and thorough to answer. I drove 2.5 hrs to get to his dealership and would do it again it a heartbeat! Literally, he worked on my car deal while being out sick which, to me, was above and beyond. He was highly recommended to me by a friend, and I would highly recommend him as well!

In November 2022 I called to inquire if they had any new 2022 Highlanders left. Salesman Lucus told me they had two left. My wife and I drove immediately from Sebastian to see them. When I got their, they had been sold. (Bait and switch). We eventually purchased a 2023 Highlander. The finance man set us up with an interest rate higher than Lucus had quoted and told us we could not refinance for 6 months because of Toyota rules. The car was not prepped but we were encouraged to take it home. We did so sense it was 11:30 pm and we were very tired. We came back the next day to get it prepped. We had to wait for 2 hours. We found out the car was prepped in one hour but Lucus did not find time to tell us about it being ready. I found out that I could refinance the car with no penalty and did so. I called to cancel the extended warranty and drove up to sign the papers. The same finance man had me sign the cancellation paper. He was as rude as it comes. When I asked if I could have a copy of the cancellation paper: He said NO! and walked out. I felt like I was in Junior High again.

Poor Atittude
As A fixed operation Manager who has managed muliple Service Deparments I found Toyota of Melbourne to be the worst. I waited in service lane for a Service Advisor for 15 minutes, They had no customers so I went to Service Manager. He asked me if I had an appointment I told him no but as on previous trips there I was happy to leave vehicle as long as it took. He advised me they had the right to decline working on my car because i did not make an appointment. What happened to customer service I am always standing around when I go there. The most important thing is the customer with out them you have no business. He could have taken my Info. and I could have been on my way.

He said you pulled up while we were busy and became upset quickly because they were helping customers who were there for their previously scheduled appointment.
