As easy as One Two Three
Found a BMW online on cars.com that was at their dealership. I live over an hour away but was able to negotiate a good deal over the phone with the salesman and sales manager. When I went to see the car I was met by Carlton, a friendly guy who did not try to push the deal. The car was better than I expected. It had been detailed better than any used car I had ever seen. The paperwork was already done and and they were able to apply for new NY tags for me. It was a smooth deal all the way around and made what is normally a stressful situation a piece of cake.

Finally An Honest Car Dealer! Great People!!!
The people I met at Mike Erdman Nissan were more straight-forward and straight-talking than I expected. It was a breath of fresh air to have a car dealer say what they mean and back it up with no excuses. Since I am a businessman, I understand that the "culture" has to come from the top, so I credit Mike Erdman himself for setting a standard that his employees definitely follow. Thank you, Chris Compton, for your excellent attitude that made the buying experience as painless as possible. And Phil in Finance was highly skilled and a master of presenting the options clearly. I would recommend don't just cut a deal anywhere without checking with Mike Erdman Nissan first to find out what the REAL story is. I could not be more appreciative of the treatment I received.

Service Department
I brought my 2007 CTS in for an oil change. I was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I returned 6 hours later to be told it was in the bay getting the oil change. Funny because I saw my car still in the parking lot where I left it. When I asked then why they said it was in the shop getting the oil change when it was still in the parking lot where I left it their response was "we are busy" I took my car keys and left and will NEVER return. I now take my car to Murphy Cadillac in Melbourne. Their service department and staff give 100% and treat me with respect. I will NEVER recommend Erdman to anyone. Terrible service & customer service!!!!!

Excellent work done by the body shop
The professionalism and courtesy of your body shop is exceptional. I dealt with David Drysdale, who stayed late one night so I could have my estimate written up. Vinnie Pychewicz kept me informed along the way of what was happening (finding more damage once the bumper was off).and dealing directly with the insurance company for me. My Cadillac SRX is back to looking like it should. I can't thank your body shop team enough!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I test drove an Altima last weekend. The sales rep and manager were knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Vehicle servicing marathon
I had all 4 of my Nissans in for service in one day. As usual, I received excellent personalized service on each separate vehicle. I have been buying and servicing my cars thru Mike Erdman for about 15 years. I would not keep going back if I wasn't getting superior service. Roy, my service manager, knows my vehicles about as well as I do.
