I will NEVER come to this Dealership again. I didn't have an appointment, I'm having starting issues with my truck and asked if they could perform a diagnostic on the truck. I was turned away by both managers. They stated I needed to leave the truck till Monday. I was willing if I could get a loaner, and they turned me down. Very insensitive. Very disappointing

Scheduled my " complimentary" oil change and tire
Scheduled my " complimentary" oil change and tire rotation for a 7 o'clock am appointment figuring being earliest I would get out early , 2 hours later my car was ready , 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, I was offered a wheel alignment for $129 on a vehicle with 15,000 miles, though

If you want to be taken advantage of at a service
If you want to be taken advantage of at a service department in a car dealership then Mike Erdman Toyota is where you should go. You won’t be disappointed with the most blatantly dishonest and unethical customer service. Maybe when you get that big, you feel you’re entitled, Money is the motivator and you truly believe you can just pull the wool over everyone’s eyes. I went in for a check engine light-$240 for the diagnostic to tell me the tires needed air. Picked up the car and the AC didn’t blow cold anymore. Funny how the car went in with freon and came out with none. Angelina in Customer Service said they would have to run another diagnostic test for $240 to see what was wrong. Really. Another diagnostic to find out why my AC no longer blows cold after it left your shop? In other words, it’s ok to return the client’s property in worse condition than when they brought it in? Shame on you Angelina, your managers, and Mike Erdman. I hope one day that someone big enough to stand up to Mike Erdman Toyota receives the same treatment that I did.

Buying a car is never an easy task, even less so due to
Buying a car is never an easy task, even less so due to my anxiety and panic attacks. After many weeks of preparing ourselves for a successful car buying expedition we arrived at Mike Erdman Toyoto and met with our consultant Jashua Maurico. After test driving the car I was interested in, we thought it was perfect and we wanted it. Easy peasy right? Five minutes later Jashua came back and said it had sold to someone else while we were test driving it!!! I just couldn't anymore so we left. Fast forward another month and we were prepared enough to try again. This time it went way more smoothly than I could have ever imagined and in hindsight I love my 2023 RAV4 even more than the previous car we had looked at. At the end of the day we couldn't have done this without Jashua! Not only was he super knowledgeable and answered every question we had, he was so kind and so patient with me with absolutely 0 pressure. Now I'm the owner of a brand spanking new beautiful RAV4 and I couldn't be more satisfied with our experience with Jash and with Mike Erdman Toyota. Highly recommend and would buy another car from them tomorrow if I needed to. Thank you Jash!!!

My Wife and I had been researching online for a Rav4.
My Wife and I had been researching online for a Rav4. We decided to go to Mike Erdman and begin what would be a long journey. We were sure it would take some time to find the perfect Rav4 for us. Then we met Chuck (Charles Lobosco) His personality made us feel very comfortable. His knowledge of the Rav4 and all the crazy options and packages really helped us decide what we really needed. I wanted to pay cash for the vehicle and they wanted to increase the price. Bought new vehicles from them in the past, but they do not care about that. The salespeople are a joke, especially their manager. Toyota should look at its methods for negotiating with customers especially when they have the cash to buy a vehicle - not try to jam its financing onto individuals.

Criminal. I bought my car and extended warranty from a dealership out of state. They said that the warranty couldn't be found. They were going to charge me a diagnostic fee of $600 for my "3 concerns." I went home, found the warranty and emailed the cover sheet. The response: "Please let me know when you would like to schedule an appointment for diagnosis. We will need you to drop off the vehicle as it is not a quick diagnosis. You will still need to approve $600(plus tax and shop fees) of diagnosis. Once we diagnose, I will call your warranty company to place a claim. If your warranty company covers the repair, I will not charge you, unless there is a deductible with the warranty company. If we diagnose and the warranty does not cover the repairs, then the decision is up to you. If you decide to do repairs, I will only charge you for repairs. But if the warranty company does not cover repairs, and you decline the repairs, I will have to charge you the $600 plus tax and fees. When ready to schedule the appointment please call 321-453-1313." Did you notice "YOUR (my emphasis) warranty company"! What??!! I bought the warranty from Toyota. No matter what, you are ripped off. If you decide that you can fix it cheaper, you still pay at $200 an hour for the "3 concerns" because it takes one hour each to diagnose. Come on! I bought the extended warranty from Toyota to have peace of mind when it comes to repairs, not to have to worry about being ripped off. I left.
