Terrible Experience at Miami Lakes Kia - Avoid! I bought a brand new car from Miami Lakes Kia, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The car has been in the shop three times over the span of almost a whole month, and they still haven’t fixed it! The sales team, Mayra and Michael, were friendly when selling the car, but once the sale was made, they completely ghosted me. No responses to calls or texts, which is incredibly unprofessional. The sales manager, Nick, has a terrible attitude. He's arrogant, rude, and flat-out refuses to communicate with customers when there’s an issue. As for the service team, it's clear they don’t understand their own vehicles. They seem only good for basic tasks like oil changes. They lack the experience and skills needed to properly service a car, which is frustrating for anyone dealing with more serious issues. I highly regret doing business with Miami Lakes Kia. If you’re considering buying a car here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. We called Kia customer affairs and and made a formal complaint and they said they have many complaints on this dealer, and advised to try a different one. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Experiencia Terrible en Miami Lakes Kia - ¡Eviten este lugar! Compré un auto nuevo en Miami Lakes Kia, y ha sido una pesadilla desde entonces. El auto ha estado en el taller tres veces durante casi un mes, ¡y aún no lo han arreglado! El equipo de ventas, Mayra y Michael, fueron amables al venderme el auto, pero una vez hecha la venta, desaparecieron por completo. No responden llamadas ni mensajes, lo cual es completamente poco profesional. El gerente de ventas, Nick, tiene una actitud terrible. Es arrogante, grosero y se niega rotundamente a hablar con los clientes cuando hay un problema. En cuanto al equipo de servicio, está claro que no entienden sus propios vehÃculos. Parecen buenos solo para tareas básicas como cambios de aceite. Les falta experiencia y habilidades necesarias para realizar un buen servicio, lo cual es frustrante cuando se trata de problemas más serios. Lamento mucho haber hecho negocios con Miami Lakes Kia. Si estás considerando comprar un auto aquÃ, hazte un favor y busca en otro lugar. Llamamos a atención al cliente de Kia y presentamos una queja formal. Nos dijeron que tienen muchas quejas sobre este concesionario y nos aconsejaron probar con otro. ¡Eviten este lugar a toda costa!

Everything went well. Made deal on phone and when I got there they were fast and honest and didn't try to push a bunch of add on. Was in and out fast even though they were busy.

It was the worst experience I've ever had buying a car.
It was the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. I have been waiting on Rodrigo to contact me back from March 9th still haven't heard back from him yet. He advised me that the payment was supposed to be on the 21st and come to find out the payment is due on the 6th. He was clicking away while I was suppose to be signing off on the contact please be careful and read everything before signing yes one would say it's my fault but hey. The car fax said it was no damage to the car and everyday I find new damages that clearly indicate the car was in a accident please pay attention and review everything or else they will pull a whool over your head. After driving for a day the check engine light came on. I called the office several times and still to no avail of me speaking to anyone that could help me. This has been the worst experience ever.

Terrible experience. Dirty, unkempt sales office and the staff wasted 3 hours of my time trying to get me to pay 20K over MSRP for the vehicle I was looking for
