106,000 Mile Service

Juan Mesa - Assistant Service Manager and his team was able to exceed my expectation when it came to my vehicle service. He understands his responsibility to provide excellent and safe repairs and takes the time to explain them so that I could make an informed decision for my vehicle. Customer service is obviously important to us both.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH AUTONATION

THE WORSE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANY ONE I KNOW TO AVOID THEM HEADACHES. FOR THE 2ND TIME I PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM TWO DIFFERENT LOCATION AND EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GREAT. I SHOULD KNOW BETTER FROM MY FIRST PURCHASE..I BOUGHT A 2012 TOYOTA AND CAR WAS GIVING PROBLEMS THE VERY NEXT DAY, I JUST RECENTLY PURCHASE A 2008 FORD F-150 TRUSTING ONCE AGAIN BUT VEHICLE IS BEEN GIVING ME PROBLEM WITHIN DAYS AFTER MY PURCHASE I STILL OWN ABOUT $ 23, 000 OF BOTH VEHICLE BUT LEASSON LEARN.. NO MANAGER OR ANY BODY WANT TO EVEN PICK UP MY CALL OR MY BANK THAT ACTUALLY WAS TRYING THEIR BEST TO HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE... AUTONATION WISH YOU THE BEST BUT DAY YOU WILL COME TO THE END... UNTIL NEVER AGAIN.

Oil change and tire rotation.

I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Those were taken care but they leave black grease all over my two floor mats. Someone could at least cover my mats with at least some paper or something. Am DEFINITELY NOT PLEASED.
