I’m from another city and bought my car from here....
I’m from another city and bought my car from here. Overall the buying and shipping of the car went smoothly. However, I wasn’t aware they’d drop my car off on being emptied of gas. I had to find a ride to go get a gas can, to get enough gas for my car to make it to the gas station. Then I was given a 10 day tag; my car salesman was supposed to send me the new tag before my temporary one ran out. They have yet to get me my tag so I can’t drive my car with the fear of being pulled over and ticketed for a invalid tag. My temporary tag is now 8 days old. I was told 10 days ago my new tag was on the way and I’ve yet to get it. I live approximately 9 hours from the dealership. I reside in the same state; so there’s no reason to wait nearly 2 weeks to get my mail. It’s just been frustrating after the purchase of the car. I wouldn’t suggest being a buyer from out of town, but if you’re a local, I believe you’d be able to handle things a little better. I don’t want to rate or call out the person I bought my car from because I’m not sure who’s responsible for the mishaps after the purchase. Everyone has been friendly, just not really helpful in prioritizing getting my tag to me. Just be aware if you’re from out of town or state, buying the vehicle isn’t stressful, it’s after you get your car that it becomes stressful.
