Update 6/26/2025 as always John Yarber never disappoints excellent service this is why we follow him. i owned a Q50 blue 2023. i always follow your service man John Yarber. He moved to your location. He is the best at everything he does. i have been with him for years now this is my second Infiniti with his service skills. i Highly recommend asking for john a great added addition to your location. I like the new location.

In a world where it is very hard to find good customer service anymore, I must say...... John in service knocked it out of the park!! He was a pleasure to work with but most of all very tenitive and did a great job making sure we were taken care of. John and this dealership has exceptional service!! I honestly was always against taking my car to the dealer because I always felt like it was gonna be pricy and thought they where just gonna keep saying thing are wrong with the car, but no, John was definitely very informative in my situation,John really made it a pleasant experience , he kept me updated almost the whole time while the turbos on my car where getting changed , definitely really grateful for how he treated me. I really recommend if you need service done you go and ask for John.

Infiniti of Ontario has been a great location to have my QX50 serviced. They are accommodating with setting appointments, always have a friendly face to greet me, and get the work done timely. Maritza has been a good writer for the last couple years and taken great care of me and my vehicle. Was happy to see John Yarber at Ontario, as he helped me at Cerritos though my last 3 Infiniti vehicles.. This week, Maritza was not available so I was able to work with John!! So helpful! Definitely recommend and Welcome to Ontario John.
