Excellent experience. Taken immediately. Tol woul take approx 2 hrs - I could wait or they would willingly drive me home. I waited f or 2 hr 10 min and all was done, perfectly and car was washed. No complaints, no problems as usual. Perhaps donuts, or cookies would be nice.

This is my second car but my first Mercedes' Benz. I was soo exited to make the purchase as I been saving for 4 years for this. My sales rep was nice and informative. He allowed me to test drive but it was a short distance. I was in love with the the car everything sound good Plus it's certified pre owned. However shortly after driving home with car the engine light plus coolant too hot turn off engine sign came on and I panicked. An instant rush of embarrassment and shame. A day later I bring it in because my rep said bring it in too service and it's 4 days later and I'm not in my car. I'm scared and really depressed.

Excellent dealership. I have purchased several cars from the salesman Bruno and Seth know their products, are very concerned that my needs are met.

Courteous staff. Although I spent a limited time than expected the surroundings was pleasant and accommodating.

The person who assisted me was excellent. He was personable, extremely professional and went out of his way to search for they vehicle I was looking for. He answered all questions and I left the dealership with a very good impression.
