Excellent Service Experience
Jesse, the Service Manager that I deal with, is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I own a vehicle that is no longer manufactured ( Saturn Sky), so it was not purchased from this dealer. They treat me as if I did buy it there, and only recommend doing the work that I really need. I will bring it back as necessary, just as I have done before.

Great experience
Cindy has been my service person since i purchased my Jetta. She is understanding and knowledgeable. Cindy is a great asset to VW. It is nice to know she will be there when i need help. Things are always explined and i know exactly what needs to be done as well as looking to the future maintenance of my car. Cindy makes me feel like part of the VW family...not just a customer. She always is honest about the time it will take and when i will get calls from her. There are no questions left with her.

Good sales, bad service department. 3.5 hour wait for a 5 minute repair. Service department told salesman repair almost done, but the car hadn't even made it into the shop.
