Oil change and gasket repair
I was attended efficiently by the greeters. The service advisor was very explicit, courteous and friendly; explaining in detail and convincingly the work I had to do to my vehicle. I highly recommend any costumer to this service advisor, Rodney Lou. I left very satisfied.

Manuel and Marc
Originally I had an appointment with Eduardo and he was supposed to have my vehicle that I wanted to purchase up front and ready to test drive. He didnt show up nor was the car up front. I had a lease that I wanted to upgrade. Eduardo had locked the keys up to the car I wanted and Manuel couldnt get the keys. Manuel was able to find keys to another car (the same one) I was thankful they had 2 sport tourings. Manuel took great care of me. Marc in finance was great! Loved his personality and was happy we were able to make a deal. Im loving my new car.

I purchased a 2020 Honda Civic Sport from Carlos Grijalva without having to step foot in the dealer. Carlos was able to FedEx overnight the paperwork to me and we did the transaction mostly via e-mail. This is what I call top-notch service in the 21st century! He was so easy to work with and was able to secure me a very good deal. I highly recommend Carlos. He's honest, knowledgeable and most importantly, did not waste my time like many dealers/sales representative have in the past.

Wonderful service. This was my first car purchase and Ed made the process go smooth. Very helpful when showing us which car had the best deal for its price. Went on a test drive with him and he went into detail about the car features. He answered all the questions we asked him and took care of us while we were there. I recommend Eduardo to any new car shoppers out there.

My lease process was very smooth for the most part. Although, the first lease payment amount I was offered was ridiculously high. I was offended by it as I have been leasing from Braman Honda for years without a late payment.
