Out Standing Experience
I was very pleased with the customer service that I received from Adil. He kept me informed on every step of the buying process and was extremely detailed in answering any questions I asked. Just came home from picking up my new car .., My 4th one from Honda. Gonzalo Captiva is the best sales person by far! He is professional, efficient and always fair. He’s an absolute pleasure to work with... hence my 4th time using him. He makes the transaction smooth and worry free—. I HIGHLY recommend him! I have sent several friends his way and all of them have the same highest regard for him!

Went for my 3 year service n leak was found in my valve cover. Under warranty so they fixed it for free n finished my car in a decent time.

Overall good service experience. Disappointed a bit when simple service involved sales pitch for recommended additional repairs of over $300, though I did one of them. Don't mind extra cost of any findings, items that needed fixing or replacing, but the sales pitch was eh..
