Braman Honda Sales and Service is exceptional
Most recently went in for service on my Accord. The service representative, Raphael, was excellent. He stayed late on a Friday so that I could drop the car off after work, helped me get a car to use while the repairs were being completed and worked with the technician to get the car repaired and returned to me by 5:00 on Saturday. He explained what was going on with the car, made suggestions about future service and made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. The car runs perfectly again, and the cost was surprisingly low. Raphael was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating with all aspects of my car service. I will always go back to him when I need service.

Braman Honda Service Is Awesome
Rafael was the best from beginning to end. He first asked what I thought needed to be done to my Pilot and than added the recommended actions for regular service. My car came back repaired and cleaned. Plus, throughout the process, Rafael called with updates. It was a wonderful experience.
