Terrible experience, this deal uses very deceptive

Terrible experience, this deal uses very deceptive tactics to sell add on products. Finance officer JJ extremely untrustworthy, David Lalla in a follow-up meeting stated very much the same about how they sell add ons. I will recommend this dealer to no one.

I had a great experience at Wayne Akers Ford! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. JP was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just honest communication and great customer service. I ended up purchasing a new Ford F-150, and I couldn’t be happier with both the truck and the deal. JP made sure the deal went through smooth and super quick. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for JP at Wayne Akers Ford. Great experience all around!

Was not a good one my car stayed there for about 5 days

Was not a good one my car stayed there for about 5 days to tell me my warranty was not covering my repairs because they don't give the warranty the right information about my vehicle even the manager would not help felt like everyone was on the warranty's company side because they messed up, and lazy, as a Ford owner I am not very happy about that
