Overall, the work was completed well. However, it was very expensive and I wish there would have been clearer communication about what would happen after I dropped off the car.

This was literally one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a place of business. Kristian at first claimed to have helped me out by saving me a $150.00 but his service skills are deplorable. To top it off my vehicle repair was misdiagnosed as the same issue I went in for is the same issue I have now only I am out $1400.00. Base on this experience I do not believe I would ever buy another Ford.
