Jim Browne Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Dealership is the best. Mike Krupka is the best salesman. He takes very good care of you. He listens to want you want and need. Just regular service, oil/filter/lube
Just regular service at 72,000 miles. Oil, filters, lube, windshield wipers. Told me my rear brakes needed replacement but I did not have the time to wait for them to be done. Also told me that the CCV needed to be replaced. No pressure to get anything extra done. But, at least now I know.

Corrected problem
Our recent problem with the service dept. at the location in Dade City has been corrected. The Manager called with a apology for the problems we had. I believe that he has done what is needed to see that it can be avoided in the future. We appreciate his call and his attention to the problem. Bill and Ginny Sarver

Great vehicle - minimal hassle
Bought an awesome Dodge Challenger. I worked with Chris Cusker, and he found the car and had it transferred to Jim Browne's lot before we even started talking numbers. I had a price in mind, and we got pretty close without all the silly "I gotta go talk to my manager" stuff. It was a great, no hassle experience.

Service Experience from an Out of Towner
Ed was fantastic! He was the best I have had at a Chrysler dealership. I have been in dealerships in Missouri and Michigan. Ed was thorough and made sure all the items discussed were on the work order and reviewed it with me, gave me a time estimate, suggested some additional service based on the high mileage of my vehicle and made sure I was kept informed on the progress. Time estimate was very close to being accurate, 5 minutes off. The emailed multipoint inspection was something I had not received before

Oil Change
They were friendly and fast. The facility was under repair, but did not stop the great service i was provided. They are very knowledgable of all the vehicles that they service as well. Thank you for being amazing!

Bait and switch
Was promised a hitch And they didn't deliver. Complete lie from sales to management.. Now the GM( who was supposed to be the one to fix it) is emailing me sales ads to buy again. All this for a hitch that came with my truck and wasn't on there. I even offered to install it myself and they still wouldn't. I picked the truck out, I had financing already, all Arron had to do was transfer to the paperwork and get the sale approved. I added items to the truck prior to sale of I didn't think the truck had a hitch I would have worked it in.. Honestly this ruined the whole experience.
