It was supposed to be an hour wait and it took almost 5
It was supposed to be an hour wait and it took almost 5 hours and I was the one asking how much longer instead of them letting me know. The least that they could done was offer something for being there so long.

I purchased my car here back in June and received 2
I purchased my car here back in June and received 2 complimentary oil changes. Came back today with an appointment to get the oil changed, rotate tires and brake inspection because they were whistling when I braked hard at high speeds. I am helped by Brittany Carlton at bay 2. She tells me the total would be $198 which I signed off on, and hung out while they worked on my car. 2 hours later, Brittany calls and reveals the brake fluid is recommending to be replaced, along with the rear brake pads. She quoted me a total of $360. I thought it was such a great deal, I agreed to it. A few hours later, I go to pick up the car, and Brittany has a new total for me: $735! I told her I thought the total was $360. She never once even mentioned a number more than $360 over the phone. As it turns out, the brakes by themselves cost around $360, and she failed to mentioned the rest of the costs and the total. Had I known that, I would NOT have agreed to getting the brakes done. With the work already done, I had no choice but to pay. I even had to pay an extra fee to use my credit card, which I wasn't even planning on using until I found out my total price had doubled. I also see on the receipt my car was supposed to get a courtesy car wash, which it did not. So I spent an additional $25 at the car wash down the street. I'm not saying Brittany did it intentionally, but it's a very bad business practice to not tell the customer the final total before completing the work. I will be back for my 2nd complimentary oil change, but this dealership will not get another dime from me. P.S. Shout out Chase for the free windshield replacement.
