We didn’t like the total inability to negotiate the price of the car, nor the dealer add on fees. We left without our car manuals. Our salesman, John Taliaferro kept assuring me he was sending them to me. I would get a couple and the nothing. He kept telling me he was sending the last one, even sending his own copy! No manual ever came. So, make sure you leave with everything because once you walk out that door, nobody really cares if you ever get what’s missing. You will play “the check is in the mail “ game until you tire of it and order the manual online.

From the time of test driving to buying the car I have to say it's been a rather pleasant experience. When I came in Nick was not available so Zee took over for him. Zee made the process very enjoyable and it didn't take long from finance to him explaining every button on the vehicle.
