I'm sort of spoiled with the level of service I've come to expect from my BMW Ownership so candidly, my expectations were low going into the Honda buying process. Man was I wrong. Fernando was a pleasure to work with as the lead salesperson, the GM (Sam) was a no-nonsense guy that negotiated in good faith leading to a quick deal close that we were both happy with and I really enjoyed working with Ebony in Finance. All-in-all a great buying experience.

I went there with a pre approval check, once I handed it
I went there with a pre approval check, once I handed it over couldn’t get it back. I was sold a lemon and even worse the warranty wouldn’t cover any issues! They stopped helping after I said I didn’t want to sign an NDA for $1000. (I have emails proving this so please don’t reply with a lie) they beg for reviews but if you read the real ones it’s common for them to sell lemons

Our sales associate Eyad was great.
Our sales associate Eyad was great. He was so nice, a big help, and lead us to exactly what we were looking for. Ayman, the sales manager, was also great. Both were a huge help. We were extremely disappointed in our finance associate Robert. He was arrogant, rude, and dismissive. The second finance associate we were placed with, Ben, was amazing. The GSM was very kind, and we feel we were treated fairly in the overall sale of our vehicle. Will definitely continue to do business with Brandon Honda.
