Avoid the experience at any cost. The service employees were arrogant and fully unaccountable. We left and will never return to Bert Smith for sales or service.

Had a roadside emergency. Had car towed here and they were great! Very responsive! Donna took my call and checked stock on the part I needed. They had to order it and got it in that same day. Noah was my service advisor and he was very responsive as well. He got my warranty approved quickly and kept me informed on the progress so I could coordinate a time to pick up my car. I had it back the next morning

Great service all around. Was able to get a ride home and back to pick up car and they got me a new battery for free with my warranty

I was impressed with this dealership. I went into the dealership to compare it to Mercedes and Lexus. Reem Karroum helped show me the ones that would I was interested in. She explained the vehicles to me along with test driving the cars. I ended up coming back and buying the vehicle there. A smooth transaction it was from start to end.

This dealership is reason I traded my BMW and went back to Mercedes. I have never had some a poor experience at a dealership before. The service department is horrible. The management is horrible. Just a very disappointing experience. You would think dealing with a high quality vehicle they would choose to be a high quality dealership, unfortunately they are not.

They were helpful and courteous. Seemed responsive to our concerns and seemed to value our satisfaction not just achieving a sale.
