I think the pricing on a purchase is fair but the trade in pricing was quite low, in comparison to other dealers. Also, the administrative part was not as expected. I, and a friend who also purchased a vehicle, found that we had to chase the dealership for copies of our paperwork. That was a first for my friend and me, and we are experienced at car purchases.

Car exterior was washed, vacuumed interior and floor mats were washed. My salesman Brandon Repovz stopped by the waiting to asked how I liked my X3. It was a overall great experience.

The knock on the facilities relates solely to the very uncomfortable seats in the waiting room. The snacks, cold water and dog friendly environment we'll appreciated.
