He is friendly, kind and very attentive when it comes to customer needs. Not only does he tend to all my needs when I come in for service, he goes above and beyond to make sure that I am more than satisfied during my visit at Crown Eurocars. Ryan deserves to be rewarded for his hardwork and dedication, he also deserves company-wide recognition for the premier level of customer service he provides on a daily basis. I was terrified to purchase a car sight unseen - but I did it anyway. I had been watching a CPO Mercedes at Crown for several weeks on-line and the price was just unbeatable. I am about 800 miles away from this dealership, so I took a chance and cold called the sales department just to get more info on the car. Larry Chapman was the sales person who answered my call. I am so glad that he did - he was frankly wonderful throughout this process. He went out of his way to answer all my crazy questions about the history and prior use of the vehicle and sent me videos of both the interior and the exterior of the car. He was straightforward and honest and made the process so painless that I went forward with the purchase. Larry arranged transport of the car for me to my residence for a price I would probably never have been able to get on my on. He stayed in touch and followed the car from pick-up in Florida to delivery at my door 3 states away. The entire process was great from start to finish. Thank you for a great car at a great price and a wonderful overall buying experience.

My purchase was very smooth and easy. I had an appointment to see this car as I came from SRQ. My salesperson was waiting for me. He was extremely informative about the car with all the technology. He answered all my questions easily. We did a test drive and I bought the car. DONE-Additionally, at my convenience, he drove down to my home in Sarasota to set my garage door opener and spent over an hour explaining my car and setting my radio, favorites, etc. He left me with his business card and assured me to call him anytime with questions.

I cannot thank enough Zoltan Krempaszky and his team to find me a perfect vehicle. Zoltan took his time to walk me through the whole process and communicating with me even on his time off. Great experience overall. Highly recommend Zoltan.

Bianca and her team did an awesome job having everything pre staged and ready for a test drive. I did not feel pressured into making a purchase and was very friendly... highly recommend her services if you’re in the market for a new/used vehicle!

It doesn’t get any better than at Crown! Helena Bergen was extremely professional and efficient in leasing me my new car. She was very accommodating to meet my every request and then some! Wes Harris was also very helpful as was Jessica Scarborough in the finance area. What great team work I witnessed!

Thank you to Ryan Yeomans for outstanding service. I'm extremely appreciative for his assistance with my chaotic schedule. If I had missed Tuesday 02/05/19 it would have been weeks before I would have the time to drop by. When ever I see the Mercedes Benz commercial, it always ends with "Its Mercedes Benz or nothing" when buying cars, but I will take it a step further and include the greatest asset that Mercedes has and that is their people.
