I told Meegan Stanton (car saleslady) that I did not want any marketing calls or emails from them. Before I even bought the car, I already received a text and an email offer about car insurance from one of their preferred vendors. Within 3 business days from the day of my visit, I have now received a total of 3 spam texts and 2 spam emails. After dealing with Meegan, they then sent Jeremy Couch ("customer financing solutions" guy) so I can sign the paperwork. However, before presenting the paperwork for me to sign, Jeremy was first trying to sell me their extended warranty, paint/interior protection packages, etc. I explicitly told him that I already told Meegan that I was not interested in purchasing any of those, and that I did not want to waste my time listening to his sales speech. He and his manager falsely told me that the "law" required them to do their spiel. I again told Jeremy and his manager that I was not interested in buying anything that they were offering. I allowed them to waste my time and do their sales pitch, while I played a game on my phone. Jeremy and his manager got offended that I did not listen to their sales pitch.

On time and communication was great. Micheal was great car was washed and spotless. Thumbs up!
