Love my Lexus from Clearwater Lexus

Just bought a car from Clearwater Lexus. Sales person (Stacey Pinard) was wonderful. Very patient and explained everything. If your looking for a Lexus, must stop here for service and price

Randi Doyle - best service person

I am always looking forward to work with Randy when our car has to go for regular check-up. She explains very well what has to be done. She is very pleasant to work with. I have tried other service representatives but Randy is #1. Thank you!

Great Service, Very Friendly and Very Trustworthy

It was such a pleasure working with Graham Pearce (Internet Sales Mgr.), Ann Werner (Sales Consultant), and Kevin (Finance). I travelled all the way from Melbourne to trade my BMW for a Lexus GS 350 F-Sport and the Lexus was as Graham described it and the transaction happened as Graham wrote it up. Ann was a great sport and very nice as she had to put up with me truly testing out the performance of the F-sport. Kevin was also very nice and did the whole financing quickly. I got to know all these kind people and they even gave me a desk and phone so that I could take care of some business as I was waiting, I highly recommend this dealership as the employees are gracious, friendly and trustworthy. Also, it is a smaller Lexus dealership, which has strong merits as I had done business with larger dealership and I was not handled this well.

Disappointing

Disappointing experience with this place. Typical game-playing and came within $1,000 of a deal and they wouldn't even budge.... Would not recommend. Bobby was great until the "take-over" guy came in.

Disappointing

Disappointing experience. Compared to other dealers in the area, Clwtr Lexus gave much more of a run-around game. Came within $1000 of the deal and "Finance Manager" would not budge. $2,000 in "options" added to sticker price and they would only take a few hundred off.

Very clean dealership

Everyone was quite friendly with the exception of the finance manager. Could be he was just having a bad day !

Randi is once again the best in giving me the best care along with an easy, smooth time when I have to take the car in for service. She is helpful, and professional. Randi makes my time waiting easy and knows exactly what my car needs. Both me and the car leave our Lexus dealership renewed.

Satisfied

After some initial problems with a vehicle and its extremely poor phone system, the General Manager and his staff worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. They went out of their way to find a solution and when they could not, they then worked to get me into another level of vehicle. The solution resolved the issue and now I am very happy with a quality vehicle. Thanks for your efforts.

MY FIRST LEXUS AFTER THREE ACURA TL'S

I have been an Acura TL owner for the past 12 years. During that time I had purchased 3 new TL's and was very pleased by the performance and reliability. I was in the process of purchasing my 4th TL however I decided to stop by Lexus of Clearwater before going to the Acura dealer. My first impression of the Lexus dealer was very professional and friendly, from the receptionist to employees who were passing by. Once I took the ES350 for a test ride I was sold. It literally was the best car I ever drove and the extras are tremendous. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism of everyone I dealt with and when I met all the departments, such as service, technology etc, they definitely made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend a Lexus as well as Lexus of Clearwater.
