I have been taking my Telluride to the lifetime service

I have been taking my Telluride to the lifetime service contracted with them at the time of purchase for 4 years and I am satisfied with such excellent service, which only takes me almost an hour of very pleasant waiting in their room with all the refreshments available for the customer. The last time I went they gave me some additives that my car needed for free, which I am grateful for. I recommend this dealer 100 percent

We had some engine issues going on.

We had some engine issues going on. So we had some of that fixed that was needed hopefully. Found out later they had spilled oil that we had in the trunk . Instead of cleaning it up they put our empty grocery sacks we had in the trunk to cover it up. So it makes me wonder if we really got anything fixed or just made a donation to the dealership .

When I bought my Titan I LOVED Lokey.

When I bought my Titan I LOVED Lokey. When I went to Lokey Kia to look at SUVs they tried to take advantage of me. Overpriced vehicles and under bid my trade in. $4000. I will NOT use Lokey to purchase another vehicle.

Service appointment for an oil change.

Service appointment for an oil change. Completed as promised. Staff was courteous. Lounge was busy by inviting. Chairs are not the most comfortable but refreshments were a nice touch.
