The service department is always very prompt friendly Dave Woodman is my service rep and he’s fantastic always lets me know what needs to be done with the car my car gets washed even if it’s there for an oil change I couldnt imagine being treated better anywhere else and that’s why I referred my daughter I referred a customer Herb Johnson to your dealership that purchased a 2018 Sportage so yeah it’s great

Saturday morning I went in for an oil change; I was in and out in 1 hour! Need. I. say. more?! You just can't get that kind of service any more!

Terrible. Took a full 3 hours of waiting for 30,000 mile service. They overbook schedule time. I was there 15 minutes ahead and it still too 1 hour before the car went inside

my car towed there and it was going to be thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs through insurance and they said they don’t do loaners and I said well if you can’t give me a loaner I have to work I’m gonna have to have it towed out of here and out towed to friendly Kia because Friendly kia has always given me a loaner so they called me or she put me on hold for less than 30 seconds and came back and said your loaner is waiting for you long story short Tim called and threaten me on a voicemail which I still have stating that if I didn’t return his car he was going to report it stolen needless to say I had my car towed out of there and towed to another dealer I will never be back at your shop ever ever again. The girl at Low-key Kia is the one that said I could have the loaner when I got there they walked me over to Nissan so everybody I dealt with was at Nissan except for the two girls that answered the phone at Kia that both were very very rude

Great service as usual. Was in and out in less than an hour. And they even washed my vehicle. Very friendly and professional staff throughout
