came in without appointment due to lights coming on on my dash, they took me right in and checked the issue, advised they ordered a part but it was safe to drive and would call when part comes in

I’ve been bringing my vehicle there since I purchased it...

I’ve been bringing my vehicle there since I purchased it from Lokey Kia and every time they try to perform service on it they don’t do what they say they’re going to do the first time the inspection cover for the oil filter was missing and they still haven’t replaced it the drivers door panel was faded they were supposed to replace it they didn’t do it and the last time the limited slip differential in the rear of the car is not working correctly and it was written up wrong to where they didn’t even get check it, and when I scheduled the car for service I had to wait a week to get a loaner car and the day we brought the car in they didn’t have a loaner car so why did I wait a week not very good service

I was very impressed, with the internet salesman Robert Aherns. Robert helped me find the Kia SUV that I wanted . He went to great lengths to find the right one for me. I just love my Kia Sorento. Everyday I bless that car. It's such a comfortable ride. Great on gas also. Manager Pernell was so efferent with the finance and I was happy with the outcome. I am a Likey Kia buyer for life. Thank you all for your service.

No surprise to me, I had a another positive experience...

No surprise to me, I had a another positive experience with Lokey Kia service department. I was there for an oil change and it was completed in a very timely manner. With COVID precautions in place, they were still friendly and took great care of me!

I would like to thank the Lokey Kia team (specially Robert and Pernell). Mr. Robert did and amazing job helping us finding our new vehicle and making sure the process was very smooth. Mr. Pernell not only help us with the paperwork but also called us in the next day to let us know that he got a better interesting rate and dropped our payments significantly! I strongly recommend Lokey Kia.
