Dependable

The service department at Lokey KIA in Clearwater, FL is exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, treats - who would want more? I must also give kudos to the sales staff for always being kind as well, it makes the wait time go faster :) I love my KIA!

Waiting for Oil Change and test drive was born

Michael suggested a test drive since we had to wait. Test drove the new Stinger GT, Blue of course!! It’s easy to shudder when you are offered a test drive because no one wants pressure to buy or feel like it. Michael didn’t pressure at all, just did it have fun and enjoy! Took my grandfather and we had a blast! Thanks for being no hassle and just enjoying the drive! Thanks!!

Rude costumer service

I have for a oli change and rotation of the tired and the Service Advisor was rude and unwilling to ansimy question in a professional way. Lost a costumer for his actitud and not good customer service.

Professionalism I am used to

made an appointment for service at another dealership and was not impressed will be bringing my car her for service from now on. The service writer got the tech that worked on my car when I had a question on the update that was performed.

I had a oil change! They got me and out very quick!

Dave is awesome, he is amazing very nice and is very helpful. He lets me know everything they do to my car and informs me that I’m going to need something. I live in Valrico, that’s over hour away! But I still travel over here because I love the customer service they provide to me.

Great as usual

Zach/Zack did a great job as usual. Service was done on time and they were able to take my car back at my appt time. Great job communicating everything that needed service and getting my car back to me in a timely manner.

Scheduled oil change

Went for oil change, cabin filter changed etc. was informed during check in there’s a recall on ignition inhibitor? Did not get notified at all , good I went for oil change. Didn’t noticed when I got home my engine light is on and cruise control not working at all Have to returned to dealer to check / troubleshoot the issues. Waited again for 2 hrs. I was told somehow water got in whatever they are checking, ignition etc. and have to reboot computer in my car Pls make sure you do a checklist before you return the car to the owner. I can only do these service check up, oil change on weekends due to work I took a day off following wed to have my car checked again This issues never happen on other KIA dealer service dept.

Service friendly.

Always friendly. The shuttle service was timely and the service was completed early. I was conveniently taken to a near by mall which I enjoyed. The paperwork was reviewed with me prior to my exit and my car is in great condition.

Great sales person

Jermaine was great salesmen. He was not pushy which turns me off. He took me out for test drive. Found the Kia Soul I wanted In Orlando. Told me about safe and sound to have vinyl trim put on. He gave me loaner when needed. Wonderful personality. I would recommend him to my friends. Thanks Lorraine
