Met with Mike Murray who asked me about my needs... listened to every word and said to me ? I have the perfect car for you, follow me!? Showed me a brand new Cadenza with the exact options I needed & didn?t try to upsell me. Test drive, negotiated my deal in minutes and was in and out with Finance Mgr. Got the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper upgrade at a very fair value and am as happy as can be!!! Thanks Mikey and Lokey!!

Horrible experience
Came in to trade our car in at the year end sales event and they offered us 4000 for our 2012 kia soul and tried to sell us a brand new 2018 for 21,000, we didn't want a new car, just a newer model with the year end sales event but they were not offering the 5000 over the value of our car like they advertised, so we left

I was in the market for a KIA Sportage and the sales lady was Amber Lobman. She was great!! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Not so much for the sales manager Danny. He just wouldn't deal.. Gave me a price and it was like that's it. Take it leave it.. I left it..

Very Friendly and Efficient
Had inquired online about a Kia K900, and made an appointment to look at the vehicle with Robert. He greeted me and we discussed what my musts and wants were and determined that the L900 did not meet all of my musts (No Apple CarPlay), so then we looked at Cadenzas and Sorrento's and I decided on the Cadenza. Great car... decided to lease, and they were very efficient at getting everything ready for finance. It did take a little while to get to finance, but Robert in Finance was extremely efficient at completing the transaction and got me out of the dealer within 30 minutes. It was about 4 hours overall for the whole experience, which was a little long, but they are attentive to making sure you are comfortable while you wait. One thing about the space overall, There is a sense of chaos about the place, but that is mostly because everything is very cramped. The customer waiting area is comfortable, but there is so much going on, that it is hardly serene.

Rudest Customer Service I've ever experienced
I just got off the phone with a customer service rep Csasa. He was quite possibly the rudest person I've ever come in contact with. I asked a simple question, and initially he seemed like he wanted to help me. After coming back with some information, I began to ask a question and he immediately cut me off saying "NO" before I got 3 words into my question. I asked to speak with his manager and he told me "no, hes busy" - i asked to leave my name and number for a call back when he wasn't busy - guess what, the answer was "NO". He then told me "I tried to help you, have a nice day" and then disconnected the phone. All this over a simple question. I will never buy another car from this place again, clearly they don't have any care for the customer experience once they've taken your money.
