After a brief discussion of what we are looking for and price range, Sales Professional, Rim, was on the move and showed us 4 cars to take a look at. It did not take us long to choose the Equinox car. We did not have to shop anywhere else because Rim was able to present us with the most suitable to our needs and liking.

**Do not buy a vehicle from them.
**Do not buy a vehicle from them. You will unfortunately regret this decision. RUN do not walk. They do not care about the safety of you, your family, or others on the road. Due to immediate issues, I had them check out the car I just purchased from them. I was advised not to put people back in the vehicle by their sales manager.. Once they refused to fix a car only purchased 5 days prior, I picked it up and brought it to another dealership immediately. The other dealership uncovered incredibly startling findings on this car and is trying to address the concerns with them, but they do not even want to bother. Unfortunately, they have mistreated me, even to the point I was being yelled at by an employee. They do not care about safety. When I asked if it was safe to drive to the other dealership, their response was that they were unsure and would look it up in their spare time, I have these in text messages... This is very concerning as they stated I had a warranty, which was false and had me purchase theirs, only to be told they can't tell me if a car is safe. I am working to partner and escalate with other companies. I hope this prevents at least one person from experiencing the financial and mental strain I am going through. Being kind or caring is clearly not part of their company values.**

Completely appalling service not delivered after multiple
Completely appalling service not delivered after multiple visits and prefaced phone calls. The service manager Edwin Rodriguez has a super sideways attitude and remarks, and doesn’t allow you to sentences of discussion before sighting “there are plenty of other service centers. You can go to, we won’t be providing your service here“. This is after a phone call into Shannon explaining repeat visits, wasted, with knowledge of the problem to be cured [one wheel replacement, three wheel reconditioning]. You can tell Edwin is on a high horse and likes to speak matter-of-factly, as he is interested in addressing his issues before asking about problems to be solved. After making his remark and not agreeing to have further discussion, I was tasked with requesting official contact information from various officials across the service center, after he and other officials went into hiding. Very perplexing behavior and attitudes coming from a multi million dollar dealership. Previously had to agree to prepaid service just to have the wheel evaluated for a slow leak They would not otherwise identify. Definitely worth a story being shared. I have communicated to upper management officials and am awaiting a response back.

Issue with car less than two months after purchas
Purchase experience was good but have misgiving about recommending dealership due to service. Purchased new car less than two months ago and now experiencing issue with back-up assist alerts. Called service department about this, and explained we are moving next week and would like to have this issue checked. We were told they could not guarantee they could look at car and resolve issue within next four days. Hopefully we will get better service at dealership at new location.

Not understanding
I just took my 2017 Chevy Silverado to dimmitts Chevy on Tuesday the 26 I was scheduled for repairs on wed. Thanks was seven days ago, I keep calling them an they keep giving me excuses, I am in a rental ,which now is costing me about 900 dollars. I can no longer afford the rental. So I will have to just go pick up my truck, an see who can help me with this situation.

I got ripped off in a phenomenal way. Because I would never do business with them again, they won't return phone calls and John Johnson is never available. Do not do business with these people.
