Promises made promises not kept Waited 3 hours to get a appraisal on my 2024 Ford Lightening which is pristine with 5 thousand miles finally after wasting my day I get notification 35k basically 7 k under true value Travel 40 miles each way to be totally waste my time Obviously volume wheel and deal company tell you anything to get you in door Sales Mgr did not even introduce himself total disregard for customer and or value customers time offered me a cup of water My advice stay away!!!

I have a couple vehicles serviced and repaired at this dealership and the service department does a good job. My service advisor. Vladimir, is great and always promptly responds to my calls and texts. He schedules appointments when I need them and on a short notice if necessary. He goes over the service tech’s recommendations with me and helps me decide what really needs to be done at this time and what can be put off for a while. I am very pleased with the dealership and the service department.

The 5 star rating is for our dealer, Martin Lopez. He is the nicest young man, not pushy and that’s one reason he got the sale. He was also very personable, friendly, funny and professional. He’s definitely an asset to Auto Nation. There was a slight issue with the CarFax after we signed. CarFax stated “no accidents.” While that very well may be true, we did notice the rt rear chrome bumper was bent and pulled away from the body, which in turn caused the hitch to be off centered. Martin discussed it with Jeremy(?). They agreed to repair and replace and make it right. We got a call today that the parts are in. I can’t rate the repairs yet but hopefully they’ll be as good, too!
