The best
I've been to a few dealers, and Regal was the utmost best by far!!!, they went above and beyond , i didn't had an insurance coverage , they hooked me up with one ,not only that i had driven a car there and they drove my new car home for me, They did everything possible so i could drove out my new ride. I love Regal

Excellent customer service
Due to a recent car accident, I found myself car shopping. While I was familiar with the brand, I had done little to no research given my situation. My experience at Honda was extremely positive. My sales specialist, Michael Greenhowsenior, was extremely PATIENT and informative. He gave me the room I needed to think and did not push me into making a quick decision. I test drove a few vehicles and and decided on the Honda Civic EX. The hardest part of my visit was not the negotiation but rather deciding on a color. While other dealerships are eager to make a sale, Honda and Michael aim for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Regal Honda and Michael!

Not honoring complimentary service
When I bought my Civic I was given 4 complimentary oil changes, when I tried to redeem one I was denied because they had changed their dealer's name. I trade every 2 years but it won't be with them any more.
