I arrived on time.
I arrived on time. It took way to long to do a oil change, plus put some air in my tire. I left there 2 1/2 hours later. I will never go back there for a oil change. I was not told they were running behind, or I would have gone home and come back. I overheard another person complaining they had been there 2 hours. I asked what was the problem and they said shortage of staff.

I am back at your dealership now. I drove my car home about 5 miles. Yesterday.Needed to go to the store and on my way noticed my oil light was on and my check engine light was on. So drove here. Could not find that I was here yesterday. Finally I went up to the desk as I remembered that the paperwork was in my car. She finally found it. Told me if the problem was from yesterday it would be free if not would have to pay. I need this checked out now as I am leaving for NY on Sunday and the car is going to my son’s in Orlando for the summer.
They fixed my car. Apparently something was not hooked back up, after they did the oil change which caused the oil light and check engine light to come on. No cost to me.

I arrived on time for a 10 am appointment for an oil
I arrived on time for a 10 am appointment for an oil change, informed as I arrived they were running behind at least an 1 1/2-2 hours behind. The gentleman I dealt with was very rude when after two Hours I checked to see when I would have my car. He didn’t know where my car was and then came back and Informed me it would be another 45 min. 2 1/2 hours after my appointment my vehicle was finished. I told him many people don’t block for a 2 1/2 hour oil change when you informed me they typically guarantee 1 hour. A courtesy call prior To arriving informing customers of an unnecessary wait would be good customer service.

Bad Management!
Sales rep burned-up my bad clutch, and no one took responsibility. I've been driving with bad clutch for months now. Never a smell! We work with me on the "almost closed deal" for a brand new car. GM told me to leave, and refused to work with me. I'm a female, almost 65, and now I have NO car!
