Rough Finance Depatment
I worked with Brandon Schwing during my buying process and he was a great guy throughout even when what I wanted seemed impossible. He took all my offers for consideration even when I said a flat out no to the counteroffer. We were able to get a deal done with an agreed OTD price and payment. I then went back to Robert in the finance office. He tried to sell his warranty by upping my payment and the length of the loan. When I said I didn't want to spend $9 more per month over a term a year longer than was agreed, he laughed at me and questioned what I would do if my car breaks. Then he explained my lack of warranty as everyone is different. By this time I had been there for 4 hours and if that's how I'm treated then I'll just leave. I brushed him off and got the deal I wanted and told my salesman about the rude finance experience. Overall I was there for 5 hours. Not the quickest of the last 3 cars I've bought but not the slowest. I would rate lower but Brandon was great.

Poor Service, at Toyota in Lakeland Florida .
Horrible service after two hours still didn't even get a price on a vehicle . No customer appreciation! Would not recommend anyone to buy a car here . After being there for over two hours of a waist of time and going out of my way to buy me a car I ,left dis satisfied.very discussed !

My sales Lady was Michelle Drake from start to finish she took really great care care me she listen to my needs and the things i said she made my trip to Toyota very nice and the sales manager Vence was just as awesome thank you guys for all the help you gave and for being patient and showing concern...

I'm glad you can roam the lot and not get bombarded by sales people. I found the car, went inside and sat down with Tony and the process was simple and quick and went right back to finance and we were put in with Shanique(sorry if I spelled this wrong) and had absolutely nothing, but fun with her. Shanique has a very upbeat and funny personality. We definitely enjoyed our experience with her and her professionalism and good advice!

The best I have ever had.
We were called by a gentleman about a car we had bought at ok carz and he told us of a program they were doing you make a year of payments on time and they will put you in a new Toyota. That gentleman was Mr Davis. We went to meet Mr Davis on Monday 01/09/17 and we were very nerves as I thought this was some kind of scam. When we got there we were walking in and a salesman opened the door for us and said May I please help you ,and we said we are here to see Mr Davis . Well he went and got Mr Davis and Mr Davis explained the whole thing to us and took us out side to pick a car and he showed us the cars. Well we picked one and in a couple of hours we were on are way home in a new Toyota. Thank you Mr Davis it was the best experience my wife Donna and I have ever had and thank you Lakeland Toyota. Mr Davis I give you a 10+.

Rude sales team
I was attempting to buy a new Toyota Tacoma from this dealership and had the most rude salesman I've ever encountered, "danny" didn't like that I wouldn't show him in writing the price I had negotiated at another dealership and rather than just telling me he couldn't accept the offer I made on their truck, he got a rude attitude. I happily took my business elsewhere and a few hours later purchased the Tacoma at a dealership in Orlando.

Most rude sales person ever
I was attempting to purchase a new Tacoma and "danny" with the Internet Sales department was the most rude salesman I have ever encountered. After having such a horrible experience with him I happily purchased a new 2017 Tacoma from a dealership in Orlando. Don't even waste your time with Lakeland Toyota!
