I was originally going through Brandon Ford. Stopped into Bartow and was greeted by Natasha Nichols. She found the exact truck that I was looking for and made the buying process very easy. She was friendly and welcoming. She did not push anything. After my purchase I did not have time to bring the truck in to have a liner sprayed in and she even came and picked it up for me and left me a loaner so that it could get done. She checks in with me regularly to be sure I am happy and satisfied with my purchase.
