The worst place to take your car specifically if your car has a sunroof leak. I took my 2020 toyota sienna and they spent almost 3 month in a 4 hour job. You call them and they barely respond and always come with a new excuse. Parts and service department is a horrible place. When they finally call me because my car was ready the interiors was a mess and they broke the speaker phone.

Johnny Dillon was beyond helpful. After I purchased my vehicle, he called to make sure everything was good. I told him about my concerns and confustion with the HV EV modes on the vehcile. I stopped by the dealership and he was outside to greet me and was VERY patient while I tried to understand the features on the vehicle. He then went a step further and replaced a missing valve stem cap and cleaned sticker residue off the tinted window. I was very frustrated with my purchase and having buyers remorse UNTIL Johnny reached out and helped me understand. I love my RAV4. Thank you Johnny. You are the BEST.

Luke Muse was excellent! Super informative, patient and understanding of what we wanted. We went in, told him what we were interested in, and a budget. He got us what we wanted without even having to think about settling. Got us a better deal than what we went in thinking we would get! For-sure the go to guy at miracle Toyota! Not sure how to spell the other guys name, but Wally? Could use some communication skills, he was disrespectful towards me and then at the end when my husband got there he was all smiling and nice. Sam in financing was amazing as well, got us in and out in a timely manner!
