If you’re looking to trade in your car, this might not be the best dealership for you. My review is not about the overall customer experience, just the trade-in value and how the process was handled. Before my appointment, the manager called and asked if I would buy the car that day if we could make a deal. I was very clear that I was expecting around $30,000 for my trade. He still scheduled the appointment, but when I got there, they offered me only $23,000. I went to two other dealerships (not Toyota) and got offers of $29,000 and $30,000 for the exact same car. The salesman also wasn’t very friendly about it. The appraisal was surprisingly quick compared to the other dealerships. He came back and basically said, “We can pay $23,000, and that’s our final offer.” It felt pretty clear they weren’t interested in my business. I would have been much happier if they had simply told me that over the phone, especially since I had already explained what I was expecting for my trade. It would have saved everyone’s time instead of scheduling an appointment for an offer that wasn’t even close.

Please do not waste your time at this dealership unless you have an unlimited about of time to spend. Once we found the car we wanted to unlimited, it took another 4 hours to finish the process. This is my first and last time at this dealership!! You've been warned!

Their service department is a scam and needs to be investigated. I recently brought my vehicle in due to a check engine light on my 2014 Prius C. I was told it would be $500 before tax just to diagnose the issue. I agreed to the charge. They took my vehicle back. While waiting there is someone in their lobby who goes around on a clipboard looking for people waiting while their cars are serviced. He sat down next to me and started asking about if I was looking to give up my Prius as their dealership would be interested in having it. After I explained I had no interest in selling my car he went on to tell me the Prius is such an easy sell for him as they are such a reliable car and he has someone in South Florida who can get him replacement Hybrid batteries for cheap in which he can flip these cars with high profits. At this point I was not sitting easy. I was then told my Hybrid Battery was defective and needed to be replaced along with a sensor. They stated the fix was going to be 8-9k. I asked them what caused it to happen and why wasn't there any mention of this being a problem before in which the rep told me it was because I didn't do the hybrid cleaning. My car has been getting the hybrid cleaning at other dealerships as I just moved over to this area so when I questioned how he knew this it was met with crickets. I told them to just get my car ready for pick up and I will have to decide what I want to do. The car was still able to be driven so I drove it home. I then decided to go to another shop who told me the error code could sometimes be triggered by a bad 12v battery. We swapped that out and the error went away. (Yes I know that resets the computer) I then called the dealer to ask why this wasn't a troubleshooting step and was told they have actual certified hybrid techs and this is not the actual fix and my problem would come back after 150 miles driven. I then drove my car the 150 miles and guess what, no alarm triggered. I called them back and asked for a refund at this point since I feel they were just trying to get money out of me and was told that isn't going to happen.

I am not sure which Miracle Toyota this is. If the SC one, they had immediate response to my inquiry, and follow up. If the Haines city one, all good there also, except their ad online needs serious upgrading. I traded our 2025 Premium 4Runner to the Haines City Toyota, and bought a new Tacoma. I am going to purchase a new 2026 Premium 4Runner in August or September, and trade my 2025 TRD 4WD Tacoma with 8655 miles on the odo. VIN : 3TYLB5JN6ST099118. I do not know the manager we dealt with at the Haines City location, he was very positive of us getting a deal we were happy with.

Kabil This isn’t just a review...this is recognition that needs to reach the highest level. I’ve had my Toyota Corolla serviced multiple times at Miracle Toyota, and every single time, Kabil has delivered a level of service that goes far beyond expectations...and laudable industry leading customer service. In a fast paced, high volume environment, he remains composed, attentive, and genuinely committed to doing things right. He communicates clearly, follows through without being asked, and makes sure you leave confident in the work that was done. Nothing feels rushed, overlooked, or transactional. What truly sets him apart is consistency. He treated my mom with the exact same patience, respect, and care .....taking the time to make sure she felt comfortable and fully taken care of. That kind of character and professionalism is rare, and it reflects incredibly well on your brand. This is the type of employee that defines what customers remember about a company. Corporate leadership needs to know this: Kabil is representing Miracle Toyota at an elite level. His work ethic, professionalism, and customer care deserve to be recognized directly. If there’s anyone who has earned a personal “thank you” from leadership...it’s him. Five stars isn’t enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would like to recognize Rez for awesome customer service. He is a blessing. World class service every time I come in. Always greeting customers, and always willing to help in every which way. With his WOW service, I enjoy going in to Toyota. He sold our family approximately 10 brand new vehicles. He’s not pushy and helps to get the best deals. God bless you Rez!!

Worst Toyota EVER! Avoid this place for repair. I left my car for repair on 4/2/2025. Per Martha Ayala my vehicle would be ready 4/10/2025. When I called her to my surprise the car was not ready... Just to make the story short, today is 6/9/2025 and my car is not ready yet. Miracle Toyota make more damages to my brand new Toyota Sienna Platinum 2024 and transfer my car to another Collison repair shop. I spoke with numerous people from the dealer (Martha Ayala, Mery Gerena, Franky, Karina, etc) calling at different times of the day and even leaving a message, and none of them have a solution for this matter. They try to blame Geico and/or the delay of shipping for the parts. When I spoke with them about all these issues, I was met with zero empathy but Karina. She was the only one who was willing to assist me and try to resolve the situation and look for answers. I still have a rental car thanks to them and they do not want to be responsible for. This experience has been nothing but stressful, costly, and completely unacceptable.
