Excellent Sales Person - Roberta Billings.

Excellent Sales Person - Roberta Billings. Poor service from the the Finance Dept.. Would not accept my check. Took almost two hours in office. Paperwork had wrong address. Price changing on add-on services. New finance person. Had to leave often to get help. He should have had a knowledgeable person with him. Great experience with sales person, Poor experience with Finance Dept.

Anthony Jane is the best.

Anthony Jane is the best. He explained the process and gave me a time estimate. I have felt with Autonation Toyota for many years and honestly there is no other?.they are the best.

I bought the car from out of town.

I bought the car from out of town. Everything went pretty smoothly and quickly. Nice people and no pressure from the finance team. Car was in better shape than I expected (for 140k miles...).

good service other than the wait time.

good service other than the wait time. Service advisor (Karen) was very attenuative to my needs as well as the service supervisor, (Nick). I am looking forward to returning when the parts come in to take care of the brake squeal.

I did their thing to obtain an offer for my truck.

I did their thing to obtain an offer for my truck. What a joke! Took them nearly a day and a half to manage that simple task. Then, they come up with a figure that was more than 10k below trade in value. Wow! I had no intention of trading it bc i have another vehicle. I was offered 11k more at a local dealer near me 5 min b4 they actually came up with their ridiculous offer. Don't waste your time.

Customer service was great.

Customer service was great. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the Uber service! It was nice to get a ride back to my workplace. The Uber driver was was super friendly also.

If i could give the service department a 0 % i would.

If i could give the service department a 0 % i would. Anthony was rude right off the bat. We did are calling of our warranty before hand. They did replace the control switch modular for the temperature control. ( which was covered on warranty). We dont drive this truck much at all its basically parked in our garage so unfortunately we didnt notice the damage until months later. But when replacing what they replaced and all automotive shops know you have to take the hole dash out out. Well they left cuts in my dash chips out of the plastic getting the dash out. And missing pieces and clips. When we called after noticing all this. They said we didnt do any work that would need to take your dash out. And when we asked for before and after pictures which most and I mean most shops do now days to cover there xxxxx on stuff like this. They said oh we dont do before and after pictures. Just be careful.

We did speak to a manager or general manager and got told the same thing basically that nothing could be done.
