We were pretty shaky after a driver bashed into our car while we were at a stoplight. But Autonation Toyota took care of us right from the start. Not only did they do a thorough job of repairing our car, but they helped us understand the insurance issues, and calmed our fears. The car was done within a day of their estimated time to get all the parts and complete the repairs. The jo b was so thorough, we couldn't even tell that the car had been in an accident. THAT's the way we like to do business!

5k Avalon Service
I had an appt. for a 5k service on my Avalon. It took 3 hours to do which is totally ridiculous. The service writer was a great individual but the length of time to do it was nonsense.

Maintenance for 2013 Toyota Prius

Dishonest manager and technician at Service Center
Dishonest manager and technician. I bought a used car from across the street here and it had 3 issues that I was assured would be fixed at the service center. Took them a week and 1 issue wasn't resolved. One of their mechanics/technicians also cut 2 holes in the carpet behind the front seats. It appears this was to gain access to two holes in the floor for screws or bolts. They left the knife they used to cut the holes on the floor. This was a lazy technician that didn't want to remove the front seats in order to gain access to the holes, instead he just cut through the carpeting and insulation. The manager at autonation said they didn't do it and that isn't their technician's knife. So I guess they're saying I'm cutting holes in my 2019 carpeting for fun? Very dishonest people. Check your interior after having a car serviced here.

My salesman Wayne Carles was excellent. I told him what I was looking for and that is exactly what he showed me. There was no high pressure sales pitch like I got at other dealers. He did not keep trying to sell me a car I could not afford and was very polite and laid back
