Service representative was very nice.
Service representative was very nice. Repair was made in a timely manner. My only complaint was the 3% charges for using a credit card. The best was the credit card was a GM credit card. I am curious who walks around with hundreds of dollars in there pocket to pay cash to save the 3%. The cashier did not tell me about the charges. I got home and saw the charge on my receipt

In general, I am very happy with my first ever experience
In general, I am very happy with my first ever experience with your service department. My service advisor Greg Hall, did an excellent job with getting me started at the appointment time and when I asked about a shuttle ride home, he said could do better and hooked me up with a loaner from Hertz. My only issue is that it two days to do an expected one day tonneau cover replacement on my brand new 2026 Hummer EV Pickup.
