Helpless, they don't care about you.
I've had 2 vehicles serviced this year in December. My wife and I leased around July. Both times, the service dept. has given me a difficult time. I called on December 8th and scheduled 2 appointments and both times that I arrived for the appointments, the service advisors had no record of the appointment. They asked if there are were concerns with the vehicle, then immediately diagnose the problem without actually checking the vehicle. They look at me like I have no idea what I'm talking about and everything should be perfect with the vehicle. I would prefer that they smile and help, maybe look at the vehicle and then identify if there even is a problem to be concerned about so that they can help. They seem like they do not enjoy their job and they don't want to be bothered. Maybe they should consider finding work that they enjoy doing.

Great price on the car I purchased.
You had the price around on the car I purchased. That is the main reason I drove 3 hours to look at and purchase the 2012 manual transmission Honda Civic. The sales representative was very helpful and answered my questions. The finance officer had all my paperwork ready for me when I got there. The man I signed the paperwork with was quick and patient. The negatives were only cosmetic issues. The car was NOT "detailed" as well as it should've been. TINY DETAILS MATTER. The door jams and under the gas tank cover were VERY dirty. It is VERY OBVIOUS on a white civic when the door jams are black that it was a half hearted detail job. There was a large, OBVIOUS stain on the front passenger seat that should've come out with a good shampoo job. The inside was only vaccumed. The car did NOT have a full tank of gas. I had filed my trade in car up before driving the 3 hours to the dealer. It had more gas in it then the one I bought! They knew I would be purchasing the car, so that would be something they should've done before I got there. I expected the car would've had more than 1/4 tank in it when I bought it so I could drive 3 hours home. The "4 new tires" the salesman said it had were actually slightly used (or low quality) tires My trade in had better tread and we got our new tires in May 2016. If I had known that before driving there, I would've requested trading out my newer tires for the ones I got. Other than cosmetic issues, the car runs great. We got a great price on it. I would drive 3 hours again to get it. I will have to clean the car, get it shampooed, and fill it with gas. The sales agent had also said the nicks in the paint were fixed. Don't tell me that if it really didn't happen. I can accept all that because of the price. My issues were very minor and things that wouldn't change my decision to purchase the car. It did bug me that the tires were not NEW (that usually means BRAND NEW, not slightly used) as promised. I give them some negative points for honesty because of that and the paint nicks obviously still there. Their detail shop needs some training on how to clean cars properly, so used cars look new. Everything shows up on a white car, so the yucky for jams were the first thing I noticed when I opened the drivers door to test drive it. The car did smell nice, the carpets clean, and all the dash and steering wheel were wiped clean and shiny. I would visit this dealer again. The staff is friendly, no pressure, and nice to work with.....

Had a apointment and we waited over 45 minutes for a test drive and a gift card and when the meating with employies was over no one helped us. Lady at front desk was talking with sales men and jokeing instead of helping and we could here them in the meating upstairs claping for themself. If i could i would give it no stars

BAD CAR WASHER
For the second time again the free car wash was bad. The rims you could see dirt and film left on them. The washing of car had soap stains and run off. The windows were spotted and the top had dirt. Whoever washing the car over there does a really bad job! I suggest that if you offer free car washing that they do the job properly. Also the armrest inside car had streak of dirt/grease. Whoever does the oil changes should clean up first before the enter inside the car. On a positive note the front desk guy was polite and the time frame he gave me to wait 1.5 hours was correct. I gave a bad review because of the poor car wash job AGAIN, and the streak of dirt left on armrest by person changing the oil! I should of checked this prior to leaving the dealership however I had another place to be at and checked everything out at home.

Quick Deal
Traded a 2014 Rouge for a 2017 Rouge.Went to look and ended up purchasing. The car gets great gas mileage, and no one knows I have a new vehicle cause it's the same color that I had before. Matt Garland was my salesman and couldn't have been nicer. Hope the service department is as good as the sales department..
