Mike Wolfe was a GREAT help and made my entire visit comfortable. My credit was not as good as it should be but this did not stop Mike from trying to find me the perfect vehicle. He never once tried to put me in something I didn't want. The other thing I really liked was there was nmo running back and forth to the manager to try to get me a better price. He came outright and told me." This is the car and this is the deal." I really liked the fact that I wasn't treated differently because I don't have "perfect" credit.

Comments in reference to the Port Charlotte dealership: I found the dealership itself to be attractive and well maintained. Each member of the staff that I dealth with was both professional and friendly. This was a new car purchase with trade. No sales pressure, their only interest was to be sure that they understood what I was looking for and how to make the deal happen. I thought both the new car price and the trade value of the existing vehicle were fair. I am very happy with the experience.

Harbor Nissan makes purchasing or leasing a car an enjoyable experience. I was treated very fairly and the customer service in the sales and service departments is second to none. I recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. Very Very bad customer service on several occasions! I would highly recommend getting a vehicle somewhere else, even if you have to make an hour drive. I will give you very detailed information on my horrible experience with both Harbor Nissan and the Auto Market place in Port Charlotte if you like.

I was deceived! I wanted to purchase a truck and was...
I was deceived! I wanted to purchase a truck and was promised they could get my payment where I need it. When I returned with my trade in they pulled a "bait and switch". Here let's test drive this Expedition. There wasn't enough gas to actually get a real test drive. They made us a promise of FREE oil changes and tires for life if we bought it. After waiting hours in the sun for them to get the paperwork together they rushed us through it because they had other people waiting. I asked for a car fax but was told "not to worry about it, it was fine" and that they couldn't get it because we were off site. They didn't give us copies of all the paperwork. Now I find out free oil change for life is only 3 x year and the forth I'm suppose to pay as long as I keep their Harbor Nissan sticker in the back of my vehicle. Once we got the car and drove it on the interstate found out the front end shakes like crazy. Returned to where I purchased it, the same day and they stated they would fix the problem if I brought it to Harbor Nissan the next day. They aligned the tires and said it was fixed. Again drove on the interstate and it shook so bad it rattle my childrens teeth. The next time I took it back to repair the same problem the mechanic says "what do you want me to do about it?". The salesman that sold us the car and the head salesman who promised us oil change and tires no longer work there!!!!????!!! Come to find out weeks later the car had been in a crash. The car has been in and out of service multiple time for the same problem. This last time I thought they had finally fixed it but then all the warning lights start going crazy and it almost left me on the side of the road!!! Apparently something "came loose" and started melting but since I just got it out of the shop I would think they would have noticed it and fixed it. I think they sabotaged it because they know how unsatisfied I am with their service, or lack of service.

this experience is what every car buyer dreams for....
this experience is what every car buyer dreams for. Everyone was professional, honest and true to every promise made. I drove 60 + miles and across 2 main rivers in the peak of my business season to take advantage of a fair opportunity to purchase my New Maxima. I trade every year, and will call on the Harbor Nissan staff first next year! Keep up the excellent customer service.
