I had a fantastic experience at Germain BMW of Naples. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Christina was absolutely wonderful to work with—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. This was by far one of the best service experiences I’ve had. We struggle to get the dealerships attention but once I was there Corey Hespeler was great to deal with and not only did he get my tire issue solved but he had some upcoming service items addressed as well so I didn’t have to come back a second time to have th done. Much appreciated Corey.

My BMW had stalled at a red light in Naples and would not
My BMW had stalled at a red light in Naples and would not start it was a Sunday afternoon so I had my car towed to BMW of Bonita Springs. First thing on Monday morning Tona Zarrelli called me and said she would get my car in the shop right away and would call me as soon as she knew what was going on with my car. She called me back and said that the mechanic had gone through the whole vehicle and determined my battery needed to be replaced. I agreed with the mechanic as the battery was more than 6 years old. They replaced the battery and had the car cleaned and washed and returned to me that same day. Tona was fantastic she was very pleasant and she treated me like I was her most important customer she kept informed throughout the whole repair process. I was very pleased with the service that I received and would highly recommend Tona Zarelli and BMW of Bonita Springs. Thank you again Tona Zarelli for your professionalism and excellent customer service.

Entire dealership provided top level effort during sales, sevice, tech support and financial aspects of my new car purchase. Sales executive Klevis Toska orchestrated the entire process and demonstrated superb product knowledge and managing every aspect of the sales cycle. His knowledge of the complex car’s information displays was extremely helpful. Service and tech support were also top level. The entire purchase and learning the car’s capabilities and accessing its functions displays were very professionally presented. Repeat visits to the dealership were welcomed and helped to learn details of the car.
