Service was great, Sebastian great! Did not like the list of things my car needed done . I only have 24000 miles and the list tells me your cars don’t last don’t think any of the things are normally needed to 50000 miles!

Consistently poor service. Not sure why anyone would buy a Ford product. The service department called me and told me they need to have the vehicle for multiple days to get a camera module because "Ford makes them jump through hoops." After owning Cadillacs and GMCs for 20 years, the switch to Ford on the Lincoln Navigator has been horrendous. Buggy tech that alway breaks. Breaks that squeal all the time, but of course the service department "couldn't replicate" (didn't try). Their "service valet" is also awful with onerous terms and restrictions on loaner vehicles and they force you to make an extra trip to the gas station even if they only have your vehicle for a day (they can't spare a gallon of gas lol). I was excited to try the Navigator which seems like a great car and has nice features, but the horrible Ford SYNC technology, glitchy technology, squealing breaks, and awful service department have made me reconsider ever owning another Lincoln or Ford product. When you have major issues with technology and reliability, the service department could compensate with a great experience, but unfortunately Germain Lincoln doesn't - unless you like hearing a lot of excuses.

Regarding intermittent issues — when a concern cannot be reproduced during a visit, our technicians are limited in what they can address through the manufacturer's warranty process, and that is a constraint shared by every dealer, regardless of make or brand. The good news is that our technicians stuck with it and were able to replicate the concerns you brought to our attention and fix them at no cost to you. I'd genuinely welcome a direct conversation with you to work through your concerns. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me personally.
Yeah, well you guys didn't fix the issues. Car has been in twice and still gets front camera fault, service front camera. You did fix the brake squealing on the second try. Nothing but consistently terrible service from your dealership, with many excuses as you made in your last response. Newsflash, this isn't the first vehicle I've ever owned in my life, so you're not educating me on "how things work." I have owned Cadillacs, GMCs, Fords, Jeeps, and Teslas, and have never experienced anything this bad - especially from a supposedly premium brand.
Also, they only did this work at "no cost to me" if you put zero value on my time that you wasted.
